Summer Sundays
Dogs are miracles with paws.
~Attributed to Susan Ariel Rainbow Kennedy
Some of ya'll who follow my blog regularly may remember that I lost my precious dog a few weeks ago. I have found, when I've lost dogs in the past, that the quickest way to fill the hole in my heart is to get another one...or two!
Since my grand-dog. Lola, is a Maltese, I decided to get her a couple of playmates.
Male and female, but not litter mates, they were born one day apart and are 12 weeks old.
Names are still pending!
You are as crazy about animals as I am...no wonder I like you! They are too too cute! ;D
ReplyDeleteoooooh soooo CUTE!!!!
ReplyDeleteDogs ARE miracles with paws...how adorable! I WANT puppies now! I can't wait to hear their names :-)
ReplyDeleteSweet puppies! What fun you will have, although it will be exhausting fun for awhile.
ReplyDeleteIt can be tricky to have two puppies of the same age -- sometimes they bond to one another with a stronger bond than they have with their humans. Just give them plenty of one-on-one time without the other around, and it will be fine. Looking forward to loads more pictures!

ReplyDeleteLove to the second power. Good idea. hugs♥olive
ReplyDeleteSo sweet! I am sorry to hear about your dog. So dad when you lose such a loving member of the family. It looks like these two will give you a run for you money. Good Luck!

They are so cute. My brother did the same thing. He was beside himself when his little maltese of ten years died so they got two new ones on Christmas eve to fill the hole in his heart, too. I haven't even seen them yet.
ReplyDeleteTwo puppies! You are going to be busy, but oh so much love and joy. These two are darling! ~ Sarah
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing cuter than a Maltese puppy! How fun! I bought my Mom a tiny Maltese for Christmas as a surprise after her beloved Maltese died. Turns out the new puppy was born on the day her old dog died, ten months earlier.
ReplyDeleteOoooooh, puff balls of love ! ENJOY !!!!!
